What is your wellness equation?

It depends on the season and what's going on. Recently it's 1/4 movement 1/2 work and 1/4 laying around.

What is self-care for you?

Tuning in and listening to your body.

What are few items or tinctures you swear by?

☺ I recently updated my skincare routine - vitamin c and sunscreen have changed my life.  

What continues to uplift and drive you forward?

Right now: the thought of one day being able to laugh and be with other people in a crowded room again. Or just that everyday is one step closer to spring.

What are you working towards right now?

Moving my body first thing in the morning! It could be stretches, walking or a fun workout. I’ve done it for about a week now and it’s been really refreshing.

Best advice to share coming out of your own discoveries this past year?

It’s ok to slow down. Be kind to yourself.
